About US

The Mission of Contemplation Corner Press

Contemplation Corner Press is dedicated to producing quality and useful products

that touch the hearts of Catholic/Christian students of all ages. We pledge our talents

to provide courteous and honest service to all of our customers.

History

Contemplation Corner Press started in October of 2001 when Pope John Paul II officially

added the Luminous Mysteries to the rosary. Our first product was the RF20 Rosary Fold Over

card. We soon added the RF25ML Four Fold card and the RF30ML Giant Print card. We are

proud to say that we were the first company to produce a rosary card with the new mysteries printed on it and we are still the only company printing a Giant Print Rosary card.

Our Name

Contemplation Corner Press was named after the corner of Fourth and Walnut streets in

Louisville, Kentucky, the place where Thomas Merton had and epiphany. There is a historic

plaque titled Shining Like the Sun that stands on that spot, the plaque reads:

"in Louisville on the corner of Fourth and Walnut, in the middle of the shopping district, I was

suddenly overwhelmed with the realization that I loved all these people, that they were mine

and I was theirs, that we could not be alien to one another even though we were total strangers ... I have

the immense joy of being human, a member of the race in which God himself became incarnate. As if

the sorrows and stupidities of the human condition could overwhelm me, now that I realize what we all

are. If only everybody could realize this! But it cannot be explained. there is no way of  telling people

that they are all walking around shining like the Sun."                                 Thomas Merton
